Fisher Real Estate Advisors, Inc. was created to serve the real estate needs of a select clientèle. We prefer to work with a limited number of clients who need a trusted resource for real estate purchase, exchange, sale or management.
Edward A. Fisher, Managing Broker -
Mr. Fisher is a 30+ year resident of San Diego County. A native of Coronado Island, his family relocated to a ranch in the North San Diego County area of Twin Oaks Valley in 1969.
Subsequently, Mr. Fisher worked for top San Diego real estate developer Christopher "Kit" Sickels in the early 1980's.
In 1988, Mr. Fisher held the position of Property Manager for Southern Pacific Railroad, overseeing the railroad's real estate interests in the Riverside and Imperial Counties as well as properties in the Phoenix and Tucson markets.
For a total of seven years, Mr. Fisher served as an Asset Manager for Catellus Development Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Fisher was responsible for real estate management, including disposition of selected assets. In 1997, Mr. Fisher was involved in the largest exchange of private land with the Federal Government, a result of the Desert Protection Act.
Recent accomplishments include property sales of $13M in the 2007 calendar year.
Mr. Fisher currently resides in Solana Beach and is a member of the Men's Golf Association at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. He is also a member of the Rancho Riding Club in Rancho Santa Fe.
He has held a California Real Estate Sales License since 1981 and has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker since 1998.
He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Favorite Charities are Helen Woodward Animal Center and Aquatic Adventures.
